A Journey of Miracles: Baby Drew’s Story
Every life is precious, but some teach us…
For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever.” 2 Corinthians 4:17-18
Our Story
Our story is one of loss, faith, and unexpected miracles. After losing our daughter Gianna at 21 weeks, we walked into our next pregnancy with both hope and fear. Weeks of bed rest and countless prayers led to the early arrival of our son, Drew, who was born at 23 weeks and 2 days. Tiny yet incredibly strong, he entered the world with a beating heart and a fighting spirit that amazed every doctor around him.
Today, we are walking through the NICU journey one moment at a time, witnessing God’s grace in every small step forward. We created this space to share Drew’s progress, honor Gianna’s memory, and keep our loved ones close as we navigate this chapter. Our story continues to unfold through the many little miracles happening each day.
A tender moment between a father and his tiny warrior, holding on with hope, faith, and endless love inside the NICU.
In the gentle stillness of the NICU, where monitors hum softly and tiny breaths echo like miracles, a little life fights with a strength far greater than his size. Every wire, every tube, every beeping sound around him represents another moment of courage, another step forward in a journey that is both fragile and incredibly powerful.
Here, this precious baby is surrounded by love—love from parents who pray over him day and night, love from nurses and doctors who protect him with steady hands, and love from a God who never leaves his side. Even in this delicate space, hope fills the room. It rises with every heartbeat, every movement, every sign of progress.
Though his body is small, his spirit is mighty. He is a reminder that miracles are real, that battles can be won even before we learn to speak, and that the tiniest warriors often carry the biggest purpose. This moment captures not just a baby in the NICU, but a story of resilience, faith, and the quiet promise that brighter days are coming.

Mental Preparation
Even in the hardest moments in the NICU, we learned to breathe, pray, and trust. Each day brought new fears, but we held onto hope and chose to focus on the miracles, no matter how small. Our faith helped us stay calm, support Drew, and celebrate every little progress without giving in to despair.”
